1. f(x) is increasing from (-2, 0)U(0, 2) because f '(x) is positive
f(x) is decreasing from (-infinity, -2)U(2, infinity) because f '(x) is negative
2. umm I'm not sure how to figure this out i think its at (0,0) but i cant explain why because i don't know
3. its concave up where ever f(x) is positive and is concave down where its negative
